T&T Furniture - Company Information

We are a small team of Polish carpenters who have been in operation since 1995. For our clients we offer a full carpentry service that includes:

• Assembly of own flat pack kitchens

An individual approach to every client guarantees well designed and produced kitchens. In 2000 we added to our range:

Outlining our Standards of Manufacturing Furniture

• Front panels depending on client’s choice.
• Carcass of the cabinet is made of melamine chipboard (18 mm) in colour similar to front panels. The carcass has got PCV or ABS edge banding. The chipboard complies with E1 norm.
• Recess pieces are in the same colour as front panels or made of the carcass board.
• Plinth’s height is 100 mm or 150 mm. It is made of melamine chipboard or aluminium depending on client’s requirements.
• Preformed work top’ s thickness is 28 or 38 mm. Side edges have got PCV or HPL edge banding in the same colour as the work top. Colour of the work top depending on client’s choice.
• Lower cabinet’s height is 720 mm + regulated legs 100 mm or 150 mm; lower cabinet’s depth is 520 mm + 3 mm shock absorber + 19 mm front panel. There is a possibility of different dimensions after consultation.
• Upper cabinet’s depth 300 mm + 19 mm front panel. Available heights are: 720 mm and 360 mm, 850 mm, 990 mm.
• Visible sides can be made of carcass board or the same material as the front panels.
• In lower cabinets there is one shelf, holes for shelf on 5 different heights (every 32 mm).
• In upper cabinets the number of shelves depends on the height of the cabinet. Holes for shelf on 5 different heights (every 32 mm).
• Drawers in system METABOX or TANDEMBOX, depending on client’s choice.
• Hinges with angle of opening 100 degrees.
• Assembly strip for hanging upper cabinets.
• In all doors there are PCV shock absorbers 3 mm thick.
